I am a graduate of Medical Physiology with a post graduate diploma in Business Development and Management from the Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria (IDAN) and a Diploma in Christian Studies from Rhema Bible College, Nigeria.

I am also a YALI RLC Fellow and a certified customer service professional (CCSP) with a real world disruptive MBA from the Power Business School and a Graduate of the Daystar Leadership Academy

My career spans over 12 years from Customer Experience to Tech. I am currently a Software Test Engineer, Testers Guild Lead and In-House Product Trainer at Keylane BV,NL. I love my job because it provides me the beautiful opportunity to balance customer experience with Business bottom line, a relationship I understand so well that I can interpret it in any role. Previously, I did this as a CX professional and Business Analyst on the front-end(customer-facing). Now, I am actively part of the back-end process ensuring this reality through software testing that verifies and validates. And this really excites me.

I’m the founder of myNigeria.NL, a social Impact enterprise dedicated to empowering Nigerian Expats in the Netherlands to settle in and thrive without missing so much of home.

I run a faith-based lifestyle blog and productivity brand called lifewithijeoma which inspires and empowers busy black expat women to create room for the things that really matter and truly thrive as they birth, build and live their best FULL lives, outside of their native country

I am also the TV Host the THRIVE.tv, an on-demand Lifestyle Channel changing the narrative of Media on Africa.
